Poppin Pink

Pinky nude
I started off with this hot pink skirt which doesn’t have much shape or design, so to spruce it up a bit I added this white floral tank.  The somewhat straight lines of the shirt complement the straight lines of the skirt. Also, once you tuck in the shirt into the skirt, you would get rid of the boxy look since the skirt would cinch in wherever you wear it. The white balances out the skirt’s bright color, and the floral pattern adds to the otherwise plain outfit. The earrings go perfectly because they’re simple yet intricate with the clear crystals on the yellow-gold ring surrounding the peachy pink crystal. The color of the crystal inside is the perfect color for jewelry because it’s still pink but is a very subtle pink which doesn’t overpower the bright skirt. Since I was going for a more simple look this is perfect. Also, gold looks really nice with white and pink and also adds some warmth to the outfit.  The bracelets add a nice contrast too because they’re all round pearls which contrasts the straight lines of the skirt and shirt. The stacked up bracelets give a casual carefree look to the outfit. The purse has some yellow gold accents to match the earrings and is a muted true pink which goes with the rest of the pink in the outfit. It also contrasts the skirt because it has a round shape. The heels add to the casual but put together vibe because the woven material of the sole has the same material as some wedges, which are very summery. Since I was going for a summery, somewhat effortless look, the woven material is perfect. The white and tan straps are both summery colors when put together and because the shoe is a heel, it’s more polished.
